Firm Background

Vaccaro & Prisco LLP is a law firm formed on July 1, 1988 that concentrates in employee benefits law. The principal partners, Charles J. Vaccaro and Ralph C. Prisco, were partners in charge of the Tax and Pension Department of a law firm consisting of over one hundred attorneys and several hundred employees, with offices and clients throughout the United States. That law firm was restructured in June of 1988 and Mr. Vaccaro and Mr. Prisco, at that time, formed Vaccaro & Prisco LLP and the Long Island Employee Benefits Group (LIEBG). Clients range from one life professional corporations to several thousand-life entities and their principal owners. The firms represent both for-profit and not-for-profit entities and a significant number of professional corporation retirement plans. The firms’ computer capabilities are substantial, including word processing and computer operations dedicated to providing employee benefit support, tax planning and administration services.
