Charles J. Vaccaro.

Charlie is a co-founder of LIEBG and Vaccaro & Prisco LLP.  He attended Clarkson University and Syracuse University School of Law.  In 1973, he became associated with Hayt, Hayt & Landau in New York, and became a partner in 1978.   He is an active member of various tax and employee benefit committees and he is past president of the Pension Council of Long Island Inc.  His faculty appointments have included: New York State Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Program; New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants – Foundation for Accounting Education, Inc; Adelphi University – Adjunct Assistant Professor.

Ralph C. Prisco (1955-2009).  

Ralph was a co-founder of LIEBG and Vaccaro & Prisco that attended Pace University and St. John’s University School of Law.  Mr. Prisco began his legal career in employee benefits as an associate with Hayt, Hayt and Landau in 1981, and became partner in 1986.  Mr. Prisco was an adjunct instructor at Adelphi University teaching “Employee Benefits” and was a frequent speaker on the subjects related to qualified and non-qualified retirement plans.  He was a member of the Employee Benefits Committees of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and a member and past president of the Pension Council of Long Island, Inc.

Harvey S. Brown.

Harvey has over 30 years of experience dealing with every facet of both qualified and non-qualified retirement plans.  He graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1974 and has a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University.  For over 22 years, Harvey served on the management team of Cowan Financial Group, owned and operated its pension company and served as a trainer for Mass Mutual Financial Group.  In addition to investments and insurance, he provides counsel in plan design, drafting, administration, amendments and terminations.

David C. Vaccaro.

Dave graduated from Villanova Law School in 2000, where he was a member of the Villanova Law Review.  Prior to joining LIEBG and Vaccaro & Prisco, Dave worked as an associate in the litigation department of O’Melveny & Myers in New York, and then as an associate in the investment management group of Drinker Biddle & Reath in Philadelphia.
